Procedures:
1) LOI + BCL or LOI with bank details and authorization for soft probe of funds
2) seller issued FCO (to avoid any missunderstanding, please note that FCO can be issued in 2-3 working days, seller will verrify the buyer through his bank)
3) buyer sign FCO and send it back to seller
4) seller will issued draft of contract
5) buyer will make corections and modifications on the draft of contract (if any), then will sign and stamp and send it back to seller
6) buyer and seller will sign final contract
7) buyer wil issued non-operative payment instrument
8) seller will post POP and 2% PB who will activate the payment instrument
9) shipment start in accordance with the contract terms
